California ADU Network is a service-area referral network rather than a storefront office, so we do not list a public street address. A team member reviews every call and form submission and responds during normal business hours.

Common reasons homeowners contact us
Not every question needs a full match request. Homeowners often reach out first to ask whether we currently have contractor coverage in their specific city, to ask a general question about the permit process covered in our permit guide, or simply to talk through whether a detached ADU, attached ADU, or garage conversion sounds like the right fit before committing to a formal request. Any of these are a good reason to call.

Response times
We aim to respond to phone calls and form submissions during normal California business hours. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and a team member will follow up as soon as we are back online.

You do not need an active project to contact us. Homeowners in the early research phase, contractors curious about the network, and anyone with a general question about how California ADU Network operates are all welcome to reach out.
